新概念2超级补充笔记：用英语打电话汇总
用中文打电话不是难事，但要得体、有效地运用电话与人沟通，还须一番规范的专业训练。用英语打电话更是另有一套工夫。虽然电话英语也是英语，但与面对面交流还是有很大不同。现在就让我们来复习一些基本的电话用语，以及学习一些基本礼节吧。
常见用语：
1.请某人接电话：
Hello, may I speak to ..., please?/May I have a word with...?/I'd like to speak to...?
2.询问对方是谁：
Who is calling/speaking, please?/May I have your number, please?/Who's that?/Is taht...speaking?
3.在电话中介绍自己：This is...speaking./It's...speaking.
4.请问对方找谁：Whom do you want to speak to?/Who are you calling?
5.转接电话：Hold the line/phone, please./Don't hang up, please./Hold on, please.
6.传递电话：It's a call for you./It's for you./There's a call for you.
7.电话占线：The line is busy,/The line is engaged.
8.电话无法接通：Sorry,the telephone you dialed is power off.
9.电话留言：May I take a message for him/her?/Would you like to leave a message?/Can I have a message, please?
10.经典电话自动留言： Hi,this is Bill, I'm sorry I can't answer the phone right now. Leave a message, and then wait by your phone until I call you back.
您好，我是比尔。很抱歉我现在不能接电话。请留言，然后就在你的电话旁边等着我给你回电话吧。
