Dolphins are known as primarily peaceful marine mammals. But sometimes, dolphins attack human. The National Geographic Channel’s Hunter & Hunted investigates.

Sao Paulo, Brazil, two men relax by the ocean, when a dolphin swims towards the beach. Excited about how close the animal comes to shore, Joao Moreira and Wilson Pedroso, ___5___ into the water, and approach the dolphin. The animal floats on the surface, and allows the men to touch it. The dolphin ___6___ both men, heading Joao hard in the stomach. It takes only seconds, but the results are ___7___. Joao will die of internal injuries, later that night. A man has been killed by a seemingly friendly wild dolphin, just a few feet from shore. But why did this animal suddenly turned violent?
“When dolphins attack people, it’s not because they have something out for people, it’s, and it’s not because they’re hungry, because they don’t eat humans. “ Dr. Toni Frohoff is an expert on human dolphin interaction. “People put themselves in position in which they stress dolphins”
